My daughter in law has still not received her flowers which will now be dead.. Apparently they are being delivered tomorrow.. They were dispatched on Monday.. I have already reviewed this order.. I did apply my credit manually and it was taken off and then removed.. This is my reply to Katie who said I can still apply my credit next time!!!!!! . No compensation offered or even my credit refunded.. Can't see there being a next time.... No personal contact has been made to me at all

Ordered these flowers for a loved one on a very sad day. The quantity and quality received was nothing like the images or description. I emailed after the weekend on day 4 of receiving them with photos and explanation of my upset and embarrassment that I had sent these to someone. I was told I had emailed too late (4 days after receiving them) and a good will gesture of £10 credit would be applied to my account. I do not wish to purchase anything again would not waste my money. They have refused to refund my money. Do not waste your money!!

Absolutely awful bouquet of flowers, nothing like the description or picture! Could have bought a much better bunch of flowers from a supermarket! Appalling customer service when I tried to complain, just kept getting the same response that was pretty much them dismissing that there was anything wrong. 5 roses and a bit of greenery for over £40, that’s a joke. Will never use this company again, daylight robbery prices and a don’t care attitude towards their customers. They flatly refused a refund or replacement flowers to be sent.

Extremely disappointed! An appalling state of affairs:-Flowers were half-dead when delivered. Flower heads just fell off on some without ever opening. Bunch was nowhere near the size I was expecting from the picture and the price! I had arranged for these to be delivered as coming from my Autistic Grandson for his Mother's birthday as he wanted to do this special surprise for her (unable to do this for himself)and I had completed the message card accordingly on the website. However, no card or message was delivered with the flowers so my Daughter had no idea who they were from until I arrived and due to my Grandson's problems, he had forgotten all about our arrangement so was unable to enlighten her. I wish I had read some of the reviews viewed here now and agree with them....will never use this company again. They certainly did not meet their mantra of priding themselves on "delivering happiness" to this customer.

Avoid like the plague. Flowers cost £35 and they sent a cheap small bunch I wouldn't have expected to pay more than £10 in a normal flower shop for. They also refused to change the delivery address when I realised that I'd autofilled an incorrect address on their website. I literally emailed them less than 5 minutes after I'd ordered and they said it was too late the order had been sent to the courier already! With delivery I wasted £40 on some rubbish flowers that ended up being sent to the wrong address thanks to their totally inflexible & unhelpful approach. Will never use Prestige Flowers again!

Dreadful service I thoroughly recommend reading the reviews before thinking of ordering Flowers arrived dead What kind of an impression is that ?! 6 day delivery instead of next day delivery Embarrassing for me and devastating for recipient Customer service copying and pasting standard answers which they have used time and time again it seems. Totally uncaring No replacement offered No money back Go elsewhere if you don’t want to be disappointed

Quick delivery. However, I was extremely disappointed with the medium sized Rose and Freesia. I got bushes not roses. Will not buy again. Avoid if you want roses not bushes and leaves. You’ll get better value for your money buying from M&S or Tesco stores.

The bouquet that I expected to have delivered was nothing like the one that actually was delivered. Even if it states that every care will be taken to ensure the flowers are of similar quality, which the bouquet delivered was not. Guess I’ll stick to Interflora for future purchases. From NZ

This is the second time I’ve ordered from this company and both times have been a let-down. Flowers arrived in poor condition on both occasions. The first time I received a replacement, but the second time I was told to provide a “bird’s-eye view” of the bouquet — which wasn’t possible as the flowers were sent to my elderly mother and I live in Australia. Instead of a proper solution, I was offered a £10 credit, which is useless as I won’t be ordering again. Poor quality, I would not recommend.

I paid for a Premium Delivery Service on Monday 25 Aught, I then Tracked my Order with Royal Mail. To my dismay I saw that my Order is not being Delivered until Thursday 28 August between 10.33 am and 2.33 pm ? This is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional from Prestige Services ? Prestige website has loads of choices of flowers/plants and gifts for all occasions. Their prices are very competitive and for a extra few pennies you can get free delivery on future items for the next 6 months. I contacted the customer service team for a query I had and both Ellie & Jess were brilliant, they answered my query promptly and were extremely helpful. I would highly recommend using Prestige Flowers.

Flowers delivered 2 days after confirmed delivery date. Paid for delivery for specific day. Paid for extra flowers but ended up looking like a £7 bunch from asda. Starting to wilt and die They make it out that you will receive a fantastic bouquet but really falls flat. They were bought for our anniversary spent over £40 plus extra for more flowers. The wife is not happy with what we received as per picture showing what you are getting on website is not true.

So disappointed in the service provided by Prestige. I paid extra for special delivery for flowers to be delivered on a Sunday they did not arrive until Tuesday and are completely wilted. I raised this with Prestige and they would not even refund me the delivery charge which is totally unfair given the flowers did not arrive on time and the quality is terrible. I previously had a good experience which is why I ordered flowers again within a 2 week period. I feel the service has been very poor and I will not use them again now.

My fly flowers died, and I mean totally dead not a bit wilted, the morning of the fourth day, you are only allowed three days to complain therefore they would not accept my complaint or do anything about it? You are better to buy them from a supermarket who give you 10 to 15 days life?. I tried to upload the picture which I have, but it wouldn’t allow me. Extremely embarrassing when you’ve been bought them as a present.
