If I could give an No Star Review I would. Absolutely appalling service. Order did not arrive and customer service took no accountability whatsoever. Didn’t offer any suggestions or solutions, which is extremely disrespectful. I urge to avoid at all costs and order from elsewhere. Somewhere you’ll receive good service and actually receive the items you paid for. Will definitely not be using Prestige Flowers again. Horrendous.

Absolutely shocking customer service. I ordered a large bunch of flowers and chocolates for a friends birthday and paid for a time specific delivery No contact from prestige flowers to say attempted delivery, neither did Royal Mail contact me. They expect me to re delive dead flowers and melted chocolate 4 days late No compensation or anyway of trying to resolve this issue. Failure to contact your customers is appalling customer service

Hello Eloise, I'm truly sorry to hear about your experience with our service. I completely understand how frustrating the lack of communication regarding your delivery must have been. Tracking information should be automatically sent by Royal Mail, and I sincerely apologise that this did not happen. I will be passing this feedback along to our Dispatch Manager. According to the tracking details, a delivery attempt was made on the 25th as requested, before 1 PM, but there was no answer at the address. A second attempt was made the following day, but again, there was no response. Ordered a fruit hamper for my aunty and its been delivered to a diffrent house . No one cares no facebbok reply or chat 35 pound and no gift what a joke this company is so upset .

If I could give no stars then that’s what they’d get!! My son who lives in New Zealand ordered flowers to be delivered for my birthday 25th April they did arrive on time the only plus. The flowers were such poor quality. One rose had no middle, one had a drooping head. By the following morning three drooping heads, and the greenery dried out. I’m sure they weren’t cheap to buy, I’ve bought better from the market. I have tried to upload photos but the site won’t allow ( deliberately I presume) Judging from other complaints there won’t be a chance of a refund. They must be making a pretty penny. My son would be quite upset if I sent him photos.

Spent close to £80 for flowers and card with delivery.. Flowers were very poor in comparison to illustration.. Roses started turning brown within 24 hours.. Customer service very poor, sounds like they are reading from a script regarding complaints.. Refunded a measly£10 .. Avoid at all costs unless you want compost feed because thats what they were fit for..

Don't order from here paid for next day delivery 3 days later still not delivered I've now asked for a full refund as I ordered fresh flowers not dead dried out flowers floating in the wind

Ordered flowers from Australia for my daughter in Glastonbury. They were delivered on Easter Sunday on her birthday. She was delighted. The tulips were beautiful and so were the bubbles! Excellent service. I will be using your company again. Thank you so much .fifimac

Really angry, paid for named date delivery and just received email at 8.50pm on saturday night to advise the flowers wont be delivered until tuesday 29th april when i requested sunday 27th april. The flowers are going to be dead by then. And to make it worse the flowers are with royal mail in midlands hub when flowers are being delivered to scotland i do not understand this!!!! I will not be using thos website again

I had to pay £5.99 for delivery but ut was next day so understandable. I ordered a medium bouquet - £5 extra - for my sister in law after the loss of her dog she sent me a picture of the flowers which looked very sparse compared to the photo on your website! Unable to upload photos!

Had I of known they used Royal Mail I would have gone else where the flowers will be awful when they arrive as they have been stuck at the depot all day won’t get any water for the money I paid it’s awful will definitely think twice before I ever order again

I don't know how good this site is I've been trying to order for a Sunday delivery as it says, nearly paid £40.00 and not getting past the pay section , takes my email address then mess about. Very disappointed 😞

My son who lives in New Zealand had these delivered to me for my birthday 25th April.. when opened the inside of one of the roses was in the box ( fallen out) Day two the roses are starting to droop. I am sure this isn’t what he was expecting. I have followed your instructions to the letter. So disappointed. I have tried adding photos but your site won’t let me do this. Keeps failing. Not sure if this is a deliberate thing.

Horrible website with loads of constant pop ups Ended up paying 5.99 for delivery which wasn't clear until I had paid. I won't be using this company again.

I have used almost monthly for the past 6 months, but my last delivery was missed as late in the evening. Thus my latest order I paid extra for pre 13:00 delivery. Even though 2 people were at the address all morning, the alleged delivery at 12:23 was deemed unanswered. Royal Mail are taking no responsibility, there is no evidence of any attempt to deliver. Really poor services from Prestige who washed their hands, and similar with Royal Mail. What is the point of paying extra when no flowers arrive. Totally unacceptable to treat a regular customer this way.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers from this company for next day delivery for my sister’s birthday. The “bouquet” arrived two days late. My sister sent me a photo of the flowers which bore no resemblance to the advertised bouquet I purchased. When I complained about the delay and the shoddy product, I was asked for a bird’s eye view photo of the flowers. They deemed them to be perfect and did not apologise even for the delay. Needless to say I will never use, nor recommend this service again. Very disappointing.
