Beautiful flowers as I've ordered in the past. However, I do not appreciate the order being processed while I am reviewing it. I did not click the pay now button yet as I was checking the information the order has been confirmed. Very frustrating.

Ordered flowers for a colleague but still not delivered or even out for delivery 2 days after they are meant to be there. I have given 2 stars instead of 1 as customer service are replying to me and unsure how the flowers will be once delivered…. Wouldn’t use prestige flowers again as would rather pay more to make sure flower quality and deliver are good!

Ordered 2 hampers for delivery on the same day for a birthday gift. Really disappointed to have only one turn up on the day and the other the next day. Makes no sense and had to pay the postage for both. If I was looking for a gift delivery for a specific day again I'd look elsewhere based on this experience. Disappointed

I haven't received flowers but the site is quite confusing. It added an extra cost onto the base standard price. Then I suddenly had 2 gifts instead, seemingly because I pressed "back". So had to review my basket! Then, I got confused with delivery which I think was quite expensive and didn't show cost of delivery until after I checked out. You should be able to review ALL costs BEFORE checkout! NOT HAPPY! IT SHOULD SHOW TOTAL BEFORE PAYMENT FOR ACCURACY AND NON-MISLEADING PURPOSES!!!

Very disappointed as the flowers were supposed to have been delivered yesterday the 27th for my friends birthday and according to my email they shall only be delivered today the 28th. Shirley Howard.

1: It took an age to put the order in on the website 2: bouquets came out more than advertised when I went to basket. 3: i was advised recipient had been rushed to hospital so contacted chat box within 5 mins of ordering to cancel and was advised by customer service too late! 4: Flowers left on door step today as no one else in residence as previously advised customer service when trying to cancel 5: had to drive 20 mile round trip to pick up from the neighbour 6: Had to keep for myself and disappointed in size of bouquet not as advertised All in all greatly disappointed and expensive experience for flowers I didn’t want and fuel to collect!!!!

Very disappointed we ordered the rose and freesia bunch and paid £10 extra to go large for my mums birthday. When they turned up no way was it a large bunch and nothing like the picture advertised. When I complained and sent a photo to show them they said they looked the same. In return for complaining they gave me £10 credit which I had to accept as what else could I do, would rather have had a £10 refund but that wasn’t offered typical. This was a £50 flower bouquet that looked about £20, will not be spending here again even with my credit. So very disappointed, ☹️

It took time to put the order in on the website. I tried two different bouquets which both came kn at £5 more than advertised when I went to basket. I tried using the chatbox and calling to place order. In the end I googled and went with e flowers. All done online in 10 minutes and £10 cheaper. Not being a skinflint but I want to pay the price it advertises at

I'll give it 2 stars as arrived on time. My son ordered the lilies and roses bouquet for my birthday. Lilies amazing, good quality and partially closed,, great aroma. Now the roses. What a huge disappointment even more so with their customer service. Fully open and with brown petals around their edges Customer service poor have to argue with them, they say these are guards are to protect the bud and I should remove them and they are serious! Arrived on the 21st and now fit for the bin. Sad really Communicated via email with photos

Beautiful flowers, if youre willing to spend, but terrible delivery service. Ive ordered a few times now and had delivery issues on EVERY order, with flowers being sent to wrong place causing hours in delays.

Nowhere was it made clear that the gift (a vase) would be shipped separately from the flowers and by a different delivery firm (Royal Mail), who then ruined what was supposed to have been a surprise by emailing the intended recipient informing them that their package from Prestige Flowers was on its way.

Hello, Thank you for your review. The vase is sent in the same box as the flowers, however, it is wrapped separately to protect both the flowers and the vase in transit. The email gets sent to the customer's email on the account but may be addressed to the recipient. Best wishes, Katie

Flowers delivered yesterday for my Mother’s birthday. 5 long stem were dead! An awful lot of foliage to bulk it out. Really disappointed as the last time I used them they were lovely.

This relates only to your website, which is abysmal to use and purchase on. Mobile site "drop in failed" consistently with no means to rectify, whilst the desktop is clunky for purchasing. Ordering flowers should not be a 25-minute process, with 5 minutes to choose items, and 20 minutes to complete a purchase.

Flowers delivered today but not up to the usual standards although my friend said they were lovely she sent me a picture and I was not impressed. Really disappointed as I have ordered many times from prestige.

The website says next day delivery, but my order did not arrive until the day after. Although the flowers were nice, when I questioned the late delivery, I was fobbed off by a generic email taking no responsibility whatsoever. Not the level of customer service I expect, so order with caution.
