The website says next day delivery, but my order did not arrive until the day after. Although the flowers were nice, when I questioned the late delivery, I was fobbed off by a generic email taking no responsibility whatsoever. Not the level of customer service I expect, so order with caution.

I found it difficult to actually pay for the flowers, everytime I tried to make a correction it took me back to the start!

The Flowers weren't up to standard I expected . I bought these as a Gift and could have bought something a lot cheaper in Garage and a bigger bouquet for the money I spent

Flowers just didn’t match what I had ordered. Paid for the largest bunch but was smaller & darker in colour. Very disappointment as I I paid over £50 - not worth it. I also got the vase but the flowers were just grouped together by type - not arranged at all. Also the extra .50p for a premium card was not worth it either. On the plus side the recipients loved them.

I see that my order was delivered by the Post Office which I find upsetting, as I thought it would be delivered by yourselves. I won’t be ordering from you again. I will in future order from companies that do the delivery themselves. I’m really unhappy about it. Also what is the point of doing a voice message when the recipient doesn’t receive it.

Delivered on time but quite disappointed with the freshness / quality of the bouquet considering I paid nearly £50 for these with delivery. Will be shopping local next time. Won’t let me upload a photo.

The roses weren’t very fresh and already dead before the lilies came out so we never got the full effect of the flowers together. It’s a shame as we’ve been happy with deliveries before.

I chose Prestige flowers as their website claimed they would deliver the next day if ordered before 10pm. I wanted them delivered to my mum on the day it would have been my Nan's birthday as I knew she would have been feeling low. Unfortunately, she hasn't received anything.

Arrived a day later than planned. Looked nothing like the picture despite upgrading to a medium size bouquet. Embarrassed to have sent them to a friend as a thank you

Ordered 3 bouquets of flowers for the family of a dear friend who had passed away, ordered them to be delivered on a specific day (her birthday), arrived a day late. They were ordered a week in advance, if the chosen date was not available that should have been made clear when ordering

It stated write a review for a chance to win £100, It never stated it had to be a positive review. Your flowers are nothing like pictured even when placing for a large order. You end up with a tiny bunch paying £35 for flowers. £8.99 delivery, total £41.... when I could simply go to the supermarket and pay £8 for an even bigger bunch of flowers...

Ordered a gift basket for a birthday yesterday but was not delivered and no updates or information that it was late from Prestige Flowers or Royal Mail (where it was scheduled to arrive yesterday for the full day). My only conclusion is that next day delivery is a limited option from Prestige Flowers or that British Mail dont deliver on Sundays.

The flowers looked great when they arrived but didn’t even last a week! Considering I spent over £40 I would have expected better quality!

Very disappointing. Ordered a bouquet for my aunts 92ond birthday, the flowers arrive wilted and very sparse, even though I had ordered a middle sized bunch. Considering the price, I find the value for money inacceptable.

We added £10 to make it a large bouquet and what we got was shocking. We could get a much bigger bunch from a supermarket for half what we paid. Really shocked £40.48 inc 180g chocs is appalling price now we have received the flowers. Ashamed to give them to the person who they are for. Seriously look at the pictures below - one is the one from website the other is what we received!!!

Not impressed. Flowers have not been delivered today for my sisters birthday. Order was in early for 25th deliver. Won’t use this company again. I’m in Australia delivering to England to my sister so very frustrating.

For £49.48 and £5 ord for postage the flowers wasn’t worth the money The only thing I can say good is that the delivery arrived on time . Really disappointed. I will not be using you again.

I ordered flowers for delivery to my mum. I paid for next day delivery. These were dispatched in the evening on the day I placed the order, however the flowers were not received the following day as expected. They didn't arrive until 2 days after. When I contacted customer service I was advised that although I had paid for next day this was not guaranteed as they use a 3rd party delivery service. If this is the case then next day delivery shouldn't be an option, or they should use a delivery service that can guarantee this option.

Really disappointed as flowers ordered a week in advance of sister in laws birthday on 20th and yet delivery was made on 22nd - 2 days late. Stock reply from Prestige was somewhat of a half hearted apology and a credit of £5.99 on my account to use with them in future. Original order was around £43.99 so all they were offering was refund of delivery. I am so disappointed and wish I had continued to use Next or Marks and Spencers. My sister in law was grateful for gift but would not recommend Prestige if you want to guarantee a delivery date. I will not be using again and would not recommend to family or friends.
