Ordered a bouquet of flowers with the Christmas pamper set and an additional box of chocolates. Flowers and chocolates arrived no pamper set only a £50 wine voucher and a small packet of hand moisturising cream. This was a Christmas gift not happy at all.

The flowers were delivered on the wrong day, they were 2days early. It was fortunate that the recipients were in to receive them. The bouquet was not very good quality, it did not look as on your web picture. the tulips were drooping very badly, although they have apparently picked up to a certain degree. All in all not a good experience, & not particularly good value for money. Disappointed. John K. Culliford

i ordered flowers for delivery on Christmas Eve, I was asked at the point of order which day i would like delivery and paid £5.99 for the delivery. The flowers arrived the next day -5 days too early. I tried to contact them but they did not reply to my message so i waited 40mins on the telephone to be told that at busy times orders will be sent out up to 7 days early !! it did not say this at the point of ordering - apparently it is in the small print somewhere, i was told rather rudely that I should have paid extra for guaranteed delivery and that the £5.99 that i paid just was not enough. the flowers will not last till Christmas they cost a forturne and i am really disappointed and will not use again.

Recent order for my mum came a day late and I bought a middle size bouquet ... I was very disappointed with the flowers after the money that had been spent . Have just paid for a year's free delivery... not sure if I will use again.

I ordered flowers for a 102 year old family friend. As I live many miles away I wanted to have them delivered on the day of her birthday! £5.99 for delivery obviously does not guarantee that, as my ordered flowers arrived the day after very late in the day. Surely if they are not able to commit to that they could confirm in email allowing for alternative to be made. Customer service was disappointing and I would not be comfortable ever ordering from prestige flowers again! I would not recommend.

I requested delivery on 23rd December. The flowers have arrived two days early! I'm unsure of their condition as I have not opened the box. I hope they last as they were intended as a Christmas gift. There has been no dispatch advice.

Having used prestige before and always had great service, I'm sorry to say flowers were delivered on the 18th December, requested 20th so they would be good for Christmas for elderly relatives. Contacted customer services and was told t&c 6.1.5, one small sentence. I would prefer flowers later for freshness.

These guys delivered flowers the day after they were meant to be delivered. For a birthday. Booked specifically for next day delivery. No compensation offered, just excuses. So be wary about using them if you actually want it delivery to turn up when you expect.

A gift hamper from our daughter arrived 5 days before due date. Not a problem in itself but the perishable smoked salmon and ham was in a cool bag with the lid open and ice packs melted, all at ambient temperature. Safe? Who knows. Emails to Prestige gave polite disinterest, no help, saying ''eat it at your discretion''! Absolutely no offer to correct the situation or take responsibility for the error. We will not be risking our health or recommending this company to anyone.

You can get better quality and a hell of lot cheaper from the supermarket. I actually went to supermarket and got a much nice set of flowers and for a lot cheaper. Scammers.

Delivery of this afternoon tea hamper was attempted 4 days before requested delivery date. Consequently it was returned to the sorting office and re- delivered the next day ( still 3 days early). Not great when there are chilled products inside....

The flowers were delivered a day late - WHAT is the point of arranging a date if you can't keep it. Furthermore the tulips were wilting and the tips of the roses were going off.

Disappointing, I normally get my wife flowers from a florist, these flowers arrived squashed together and half dead, I chose a large bunch and hate to think what a small or medium bunch would look like. I’ll go back to the florist in future which are no more expensive

The flowers were delivered on 19th not the 21st as requested. The whole point of requesting an order date is that it is important to both sender and receiver. Early or late takes the joy away. Disappointing for us both.

Ordered Christmas flowers to be delivered Dec. 21 (to arrive after my sister returned from hospital). They were delivered Dec. 18 (before surgery). My sister sent a picture and the bunch of flowers seemed much sparser than the ones illustrated on the website. The ones illustrated were the small size and I paid for the upgrade to medium. Won't be using this service again.

Delivered a day early, which in normal circumstances wouldn’t matter - but these were ordered for a specific date for a reason, nobody knocked or rang the door bell - they were just left outside the door. Some of the flowers have already started to turn, and there are barely any flowers in comparison to the product thumbnail that was ordered. First time ordering from here and sadly won’t be ordering again.
