Delivered a day early, which in normal circumstances wouldn’t matter - but these were ordered for a specific date for a reason, nobody knocked or rang the door bell - they were just left outside the door. Some of the flowers have already started to turn, and there are barely any flowers in comparison to the product thumbnail that was ordered. First time ordering from here and sadly won’t be ordering again.

The flowers were not as in the picture ,,more white than yellow so a bit disappointed!

Very disappointed with your flowers they are nothing like the picture when ordering I payed for a large bunch to be delivered.i could have got a bigger bunch of the same flowers from aldi for £4. Don't waist your money absolutely rubbish....

The mobile version of your site crashes all the time on android - it was impossible to complete the purchase, so I had to go to my computer to do it and that was almost as bad. Trying to enter addresses was the worst, it wouldn't scroll through the options, once you had put your postcode in. I managed to complete it all on my 3rd attempt - and at least the flowers are now ordered but it does not make me want to do it again. However, the next day delivery was the USP - so if I am late sending again, I may use the website again.

Have used prestige for all my flowers over many years, I had a bit of difficulty last time but for some reason, this time it has taken me well over an hour to order and pay for just 4 bouquets. Maybe instead of ordering on laptop as usual I used my mobile and found the site very clumsy and difficult to move around, had to enter info three or four times for just about everything including payment! I can't review the quality or delivery as only just ordered but has been good I the past, hopefully it still is.

I specifically placed my order for a delivery of December 18th. One arrived Monday 11th and one in the 12th. Why have me pick a date when it was totally disregarded? New company next year !!

In peak periods such as Christmas, please be advised that orders can be delivered early to avoid network congestion within Royal Mail dispatch. the flowers i had delivered to my friend living in England Clacton-on-Sea i was for the first time shocked to see her bent stems on lilies and greenery there was more green leaves than flowers it looked as if id picked them myself. nothing like the picture....

I am fairly happy with your customer service but am wondering why, on my telephone order, an exclamation mark was added after " prayers".In the circumstances of bereavement this is not appropriate.

I've just found out what my friend really received for her 75th birthday after spending nearly £50 for an upgrade to a large bouquet. She knew I would be disappointed so she had photographed one from her son, made locally. Do not upgrade your order, it won't make any difference.

I know the flowers are fabulous but it was a nightmare to pay and it took me around 20 minutes. I really hope I can write another review that my order arrived on the 12th as its for a funeral wake.

My daughter has sent flowers from this company on several occasions and I haven’t the heart to tell her how truly awful they are. To save other prospective buyers from wasting their money I would strongly urge them to just buy a bunch from the supermarket. The bouquet I received today had dead looking pink and brown roses in with limp freesia which had already started to drop the flowers heads, there’s a lot of greenery and several stalks of barley. I doubt they Will Lady more than 48 hours.

I ordered these flowers for somebody I decided to go large For an extra £10 Thinking a nice large bunch would turn up so disappointed when the person sent me the picture of the flowers. There was one more rose in the flowers. The picture that’s on offer is a medium bunch which has six roses in. I think it’s scandalous £10 for one extra rose

Delivery was quite a high price but thought for next day delivery its not so bad. I then recieve an email saying it will be 3 days late. The only reason I bought it was for the next day delivery.

Apprarently, Prestige are not a flower delivery service. I should have realised but it never occured to me. I have now had an email fromThe Royal Mail telling me that they were unable to deliver the bouquet for my partner's 50th, which was today. Now when they do come, the day will have passed and the flowers will be a day older. Why bother taking my phone number if there's no point in alerting me to issues? Idiotic
