Flowers (& gift) delivered correctly & on time and my friend was happy to recieve them but I was very disappointed when she sent a photo as the quality of the presentation,foliage, and flowers, compared with that pictured on the website, was very inferior & looked more like something from a garage/supermarket - see attached photos.

I ordered the “BE MINE” flowers. They arrived looking not even vaguely similar to the pictures, the bundle arrived being 90% leaves and very little actual flowers. Not very happy at all.

Didn’t get delivered on time and paid for large and the flowers where like a small bunch I could have bought from asda was very disappointing as £65 is a lot money for flowers thought get a lot better than that

Ordered for next day delivery and paid for that, still not arrived and the tracker system is just a joke, very disappointed £71 for some flowers you would expect them to arrive on time. Poor service to say the least.

Flowers did NOT arrive as advertised, and when contacting the company even though blatantly items were missing from the bouquet, the company's "quality department" couldn't see fault. Won't be ordering again, even with a £10 discount. No thanks.

We are very disappointed with your service. We ordered flowers to cheer-up a sick colleague who has just returned home from hospital. The flowers are delivered by Royal mail and have taken 5 days to be delivered, by which time they will all be dead. We are unable to provide you with photographs of the flowers as we are the sender and not the recipient. Not exactly the welcome home we were expecting. we appreciate that you have offered to redeliver the followers tomorrow, we would have appreciated some correspondence as there was clearly an issue with delivery.

Disappointing Delivered a day late (not surprising as Royal Mail is used which rarely delivers things on time) and the bouquet had about 50% less flowers in it than the picture of the same bouquet on the website . V

After ordering bouquets over the last year , all were beautiful.. My last order was really dissapointing.. Flowers were'nt as nice and certainly not worth the price I paid..

I made an error with the address, I contacted Prestige, regarding resending the flowers, which had been redirected to their depot, they promised to do so, & never did. Their chat line was polite but not negotiable in assisting me with a re delivery. I live in South Africa, unable to fetch myself from their depot, which I told them. They do get one point for offering a coupon for 15£. It spoilt the occasion.

Bought flowers for my fiancé and when they arrived I was quite disappointed with the outcome I paid an extra £10 for a large bunch and when they arrived they looked nothing like the photo portrayed… they are all the same height and there isn’t as half as many flowers in the bunch as there is in the photo for me it doesn’t really warrant the price I paid, also it’s quite hard to provide photographic evidence when the photos won’t upload but the screenshot of what they should look like do.

Extremely disappointed with the flowers and delivery. Spent over £30 as an additional suprise for my wife on our 50th Golden wedding anniversary. 1st, the display was in very poor condition and our 3 sons all bought flowers around that were more healthy, a larger display and they only paid about a third of the price from local shops. 2nd, the flowers didn't get delivered until about 4.00pm when the day was almost over and the post office was at our door 12 seconds(door camera) leaving them on our front doorstep without our knowledge. Luckily our daughter in law arrived just after and was able to bend and pick them up for us as my disability stops me bending. He must have put them down, tapped the door and then immediately left as we would have heard the door bell. As it appears that delivery cannot be at the beginning of the day or at least in the morning I consider this as not really being on time for a gift like flowers for a special occasion. It therefore seems pointless ordering this way. In future I will only order from local florists were I've never had problems before with the delivery being in the morning so that the surprise can be appreciated.

Flowers lovely but reason for using you was needed next day delivery, but that didn't happen and then I read the small print, you don't promise that and there is no comeback. So that big banner saying 'order by 10pm for next day delivery' is the same as the £300m a week on the Brexit Bus, not true.

The pictures on the website are not representative of what's delivered. Very small lillies and the roses were very tired. Won't be purchasing from Prestige again.

Hello website ok except postcode finder could not find either sender or recipient address so perhaps not the best? Also hidden charges added everywhere which could not cancel. Else fine thanks 😊

I ordered a large grandeur bouquet to be delivered to my sister on her birthday through next day delivery. The order was not delivered next day as advertised even though I paid the fee, and it was not even that large in real life compared to what it seems like in the photo. Only 8 flowers or so, may as well have ordered the small bouquet. I would not recommend, as it’s definitely not worth the price.
