A very disappointing experience. Delivery was very late ( Christmas gifts which didn't arrive despite paying Next Day delivery) and withered, poor quality flowers. The other bouquet never arrived and I've endured a number of frustrating emails from customer service which were futile and inflammatory. They took no accountability and told me to refer to their terms and conditions regarding delivery. Eventually, they offered a replacement bouquet but refused to refund despite it not being delivered at all. (No choice) Unhelpful and disappointing after spending £60. I will not be using this company again. I wish I had read these reviews prior to purchase. Lesson learnt.

Very disappointed with the Christmas flowers ,the size of the bouquet for a medium was very small and very expensive for what it was .so disappointing for the gift I sent to a relative . I don’t think I will use this company again

I wish I’d read the reviews. I ordered flowers and chocolates to be delivered to my elderly sister in Newcastle on Christmas Eve. THESE FLOWERS WERE SENT TO ME AT MY ADDRESS!! and left on my doorstep.I was away for Christmas so they remained on my doorstep until I returned to find them withered. I have emailed the company every day since and left numerous phone messages (as impossible to speak to anyone). A reasonable discussion was all I wanted. Therefore, my advice is to avoid this company. I’d have happily accepted the mistake if the company had compensated me by sending flowers in the new year. I am bitterly disappointed.

Avoid at all cost! Terrible service and untrustworthy seller. The order never arrived and customer service appears to be non-existent. Every email got replied with an automated message to confirm our address (should not they have it from the order id?). It doesn't seem that the company is willing to make things right.

Ordered what I thought looked like a lovely flower bunch ,£56 - mixture of roses and carnations Flowers arrived and to my horror had been bulked out with surplus Christmas left over flowers ,few roses , thistles and berries . Certainly not what I ordered. no gift card enclosed Customer service didn’t seem to care Do not use this false advertising rip off company

Easy to use but beware of add ons as suddenly bouquet was £5 more than the bunch of flowers ordered. It is convenient.

Very bad experience this time, you guys sent very bad flower and they are not fresh,really disappointed. Send fresh flowers otherwise I am going to launch complaint against you.

The flowers arrived with painted accompanying stalks etc . The paint was still wet and transferred onto hands when handling . Some of the flowers were short lasting so quite disappointing. A fair price for Christmas delivery.

Not what I expected. Was delivered on time, but I thought I was ordering a prepared bouquet. I appreciate that some of the flowers should bloom later. But didn’t have the effect I was hoping for.

Received Christmas flowers as a gift red roses and greenery. The next day my room was full of tiny flies and I had to throw the flowers in the bin.

Very small, I mean VERY small bunch of flowers. Certainly not worth £25. Hardly any flowers or greenery. Totally different from picture advertised. Very disappointed as it was sent as a gift.

I ordered flowers for awork colleague who was leaving the flowers never arrived on specific date the courier apparently could not gain access I asked prestige to resend flowers to persons home address was told nono compensation andno to a forwarding address I had ordered and paid for the flowers 2 weeks in advance customer service is awful still no flowers arrived

Very disappointing, not even a proper greetings card with the flowers, even though I asked for a large bouquet it was very small and lilies are wilting already.

Every time I send flowers the package arrives opened and delivered to a “. Safe place” but not placed up the correct way and the flowers end up spoiled. I think you need to stop using Royal Mail as they do not follow their own policies.

I wish I had read reviews ,have used previously and went well but this time sadly not ,flowers meant for a birthday today ,won’t be arriving till Friday and I doubt 3 days in a sorting office will do much for the blooms I paid over £65 for

I am very sorry for this and for any disappointment caused on this occasion. To maintain the freshness of the bouquet throughout the journey, we include an Aqua Pack/Liquid Gel. This innovative pack contains water and essential nutrients that help nourish the flowers, allowing them to stay fresh and vibrant upon arrival. Ordered flowers a week before requested delivery date, (and asked that no 'Merry Christmas' or similar wording be added to order or card etc, due to recent family bereavement), received no reply and failed to deliver on the selected day, nothing delivered day after either. No email advising non delivery and had to chase up after third day. Awful service, email quoted policy and said dates are approximate, no answer when we asked why the company could not at least let us know of lateness. Offered to deliver 4 days later, then offered a five pounds credit for future purchases, but this has never been received. We cancelled order and sorted with another company who delivered on date requested. This is the second time I have had issues with Prestige. Appreciate things do go wrong and deliveries may be late / unpredictable but beware buyers as biggest issue here is with the lack of customer service - dreadful. It's really not difficult to have keep customers updated. Very poor service.

I feel I have to write another review after talking to our sister in Scotland spoke to us about her disappointment at the flowers we sent our dad for his 99th birthday. She thought we went cheap! I sent her the photo of what we ordered vs what we got and even she was appalled. The fact that we paid for delivery on a certain date and they were delivered several days later was one thing, but the quality of the flowers was nothing but woeful. Was refused a refund as 2 days had elapsed and we were offered a voucher. A voucher! Really? Of course, we will never use the voucher! Why would we! Be wary ordering flowers as I think they assume you will never see them!

Horrible company !!! My work colleague sent me a flowers as a kind gesture to cheer me up as I'm recovering from cancer and it was Xmas eve. She put the wrong address on it easy mistake live in the court but flowers were delivered to the Cresent which is 2 doors down on next street I've had her mail before which I bring to her. I called to the house nobody was in and the blinds were all shut I don't know if the lady is unwell or god forbid passed away so I didn't get a response. However who ever the person was who lifted my flowers had a cheek to phone the company to say I don't live there and they contacted my friend to let her know. My friend contacted them and myself have also try by email and phone which they never answer might I say but we have basically been told the same it's not there fault. Never mind the season of good will but were to hell is your compassion. Now I understand why it states abuse is not tolerate on the voice message no wonder people behave like that the treatment of your costumers is horrendous especially when it's a genuine person !!!
