I'm absolutely disgusted with my flowers I paid and extra £10 for the large bunch and in total had 5 roses at 2 lily flowers. These were supposed to be bereavement flowers for someone and thought I would spend the extra money buying them from here so that the quality was better but I should have just gone to the supermarket instead

AVOID AVOID AVOID Awful flowers Awful service I wouldn't even give them a star. Paid extra for bigger bunch for my Mother in law for Christmas. Really embarrased. Only a handful of flowers arrived, nothing like the picture, which died after 4 days. Wish I had read the reviews first and the small print as you czn only complain within 3 days. Who knows their flowers die after 4 days. Supermarket flowers are 100 times better. No good complaining as they aren't interested with there automatic pre-scripted replies. Offerering me £10 towards another bunch. Why would i want more when they dont last. Also this is not allowing me to upload the phptos. I wonder why. Never again!

Do not use the company! I used them before and also had issues (not realising it’s the same company). First time flowers arrived a few days late. Yesterday I placed an order and within 5 minutes cancelled when I realised it’s the wrong company , then to be told it’s already been dispatched! Absolute joke.

I chose and paid for the large bunch. If this is the large I would hate to see the small bunch. Disappointed doest cut it. I feel ashamed that my friends received such a poor gift.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mother for her 80th Birthday, they were delivered yesterday the 04/01/2025, the only good thing about this order was they were delivered on the correct date!. The flowers and foliage were in very poor condition and most of the bouquet of flowers were dying, Lillies petal edges all dying back and damaged, thistle green foliage heads dying at stems and falling off/fell off, rose petals all fell off the heads and only a few stems of the green foliage were still in good condition. My mother put them in a verse so she could take photos of how poor condition they were This is unacceptable and due to the condition of the flowers I will be asking for a full refund. The flowers and foliage should be in top condition and not be already dying on receiving them! This order was supposed to be a loving gift for my mothers 80th birthday and it has now become a embarrassment that my mother sadly had to contact me to explain that the gift of flowers she received was in such poor / dying condition. I have emailed the company for a full refund. I would not and will not recommend this company for your flower deliveries.

What rubbish these flowers are. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY This is the second time I have had flowers delivered from this company. The were 3 and 4 days late arriving despite the senders paying extra for a stated date of delivery. They were withered and buds falling off by the time they arrived. The company refused a refund and said they would just send a replacement. This is not acceptable when ordered in good faith for a special occasion. I have put 1 star as there is not an option to put ZERO

So disappointed ordered from prestige in error. Thinking I was ordering from a local florist in my home town. Ordered 17/12/2024 to be delivered on the 23/12/2024 flowers, chocolate Vase and Christmas tea for my 83 year old mother who was staying at a family members until the 27/12/2024 Royal Mail tried to deliver on the 27/12/2024 when my mother had already gone back to her own address. Delivery was declined. Case raised through PayPal to receive full refund. Prestige advise PayPal that the item was marked as received. PayPal closed the case taking prestige’s word that item had been received. Royal Mail tracking. I appealed paypals decision, as prestige omitted to let paypal know the flowers were received back at their warehouse not at the address order too. Case decision was reversed in my favour so I didn’t lose out on £70 . Lesson learn not to order via prestige.

My mother ordered me a Christmas bouquet online and they were delivered Christmas eve, 4 roses half dead with petals that looked like they were burnt, stems of the tulips/foliage were so wet they smelt awful - terrible response from this company who offered £10 voucher for future orders- never again very disappointing especially as it was a gift from my mum!

My flowers arrived after 5 days in transit , yes it was a bank holiday and yes Royal Mail had misrouted them to Wales ! But I was not happy the condition the flowers arrived with petals falling off and leaves all in the box yet was told after I sent the photos that the quality was good ! There was no water in the box when received , and I’m sure you could claim off Royal Mail for there error as it was a 24 hour tracked and it was there mistake yet I was offered nothing for the lateness of the flowers and the condition .

I ordered flowers to recognise a special anniversary for delivery on 19th December. There was an issue with the address labelling which they claimed was my fault. It took 14 email messages to be offered £15 discount on a future order! I contacted them via Twitter and this response team was great, offering to send a new bouquet. Guess what? Another issue with the labelling, which Royal Mail say is something to do with the bar code on the label that Prestige made. The delivery is now flitting between Royal Mail depots, exactly the same experience as the 1st order. When will you accept there is an issue with your distribution and labelling system??? No surprise that the website doesn't allow you to answer all the review questions either and won't allow me to upload the photo of the first dead bouquet

AWFUL service I ordered flowers for next day delivery to my step mother in Jersey for Xmas. On order there was no mention of "no guarantee" and certainly when taking payment no emphasise on this. 3 days later they still had not arrived! On complaining they offered another bunch to be sent and sent confirmation that the flowers would be delivered the day after. Again they were not delivered on time. Communications are patronising with their team who seem to have robotic script replies. The 100% satisfaction guarantee is clearly false. I've asked for my money to be refunded for a failed service and have received several communications with political responses. Asking for the CEO details has had a response saying "he is not customer facing". Do NOT order from this company as they mislead you with next day delivery dates yet charge for it!

The roses had black edges and were worse the next day. I tried to email to complain, I tried to phone to complain. The email wouldn't go through and the phone was never answered.

My birthday was the 29th of December, I had flowers delivered on the 30th and they were half dead, opened the box to find some of the flowers were dying, very disappointed... went to upload a photo of flowers but said can't be done at this time, how convenient 🙃
