I have booked flowers to wish anniversary, but unfortunately it turned to embarrass me by the delay in delivery.

This company did not re deliver and after 2 attempts Said sorry we can't deliver to another address therfore basically tough. Took £80 and heard nothing

The first thing that went wrong was they didn’t turn up on the date (27 January 2025) of my Sisters birthday! Then when they finally turned up today 28/01/2025 the roses are brown and the bouquet generally looks very sad! I paid a lot of money for a service that just did not deliver! I have a photo but your server won’t upload it!

The largest bouquet I could order, arrived tiny and the extra money paid for the vase.... no vase was delivered. The sentiment was ruined.

Flowers delivered yesterday, and into vase as instructed, with the supplied food. 24 hrs on, 2 of the roses are hanging their heads, all floppy,unlikely to open, very disappointed with this Anniversary gift from our daughter, she would be annoyed to have paid good money for tatty roses!

Ive ordered from prestige flowers a few times now, they are reliable and deliver straight away. I have never had any issues and the flowers always turn out beautiful and fresh.

Unfortunately some of the stems were broken and some of the flowers look a bit worse for wear. Unfortunately it is not letting me upload the photos. Very disappointed with the quality of flowers for the price.

This is the last time I shall use Prestige Flowers. I ordered flowers for a friend’s special birthday. When they arrived, half the flowers were dead and some of the flowers had lost their heads. Instead of the flowers being arranged on show they were put in the bin. Needless to say I am very upset that Prestige have treated me like this.

Flowers never arrived on they day it was booked for, and the courier put it down to a 'failed attempt of delivery' despite being home all day. Prestige Flowers customer service were extremely unhelpful, only repeating what was said on the couriers website.

I ordered January birthday flowers for a friend. Disappointed, the delivered flowers were no where near the photo shown on website. Very few flowers were in the bouquet not worth the money spent. I cannot recommend to anyone. Sorry.

Ordered the joyful bouquet of flowers paid the extra £10 to get the large bouquet i am glad I did as the bunch is so small. Definitely not worth be money. Could have got a nicer and bigger bouquet form asda for £10. Definitely not £40 worth of flower's

Terrible Company! I paid for next day 24 hr Tracked delivery. 4 days have gone by and the flowers have NOT arrived. Unreliable untrustworthy company. Avoid at ALL cost! The response of this company is a slap in the face. BEWARE they are very quick to point out their T&C's that state contrary to their BIG LETTERS statement "Order by 10PM for next day delivery" that what it actually means is maybe in 3 days....then they will look into it! Outrageous! Don't believe a word there cowboys say. They will take your money and run!

I am a returning user because I find your website easy to use, with good illustrations, choices and prices. I use it from my home country(Australia) to my family in England and they tell me how they love to receive the flowers and how lovely they are.
