Terrible Company! I paid for next day 24 hr Tracked delivery. 4 days have gone by and the flowers have NOT arrived. Unreliable untrustworthy company. Avoid at ALL cost! The response of this company is a slap in the face. BEWARE they are very quick to point out their T&C's that state contrary to their BIG LETTERS statement "Order by 10PM for next day delivery" that what it actually means is maybe in 3 days....then they will look into it! Outrageous! Don't believe a word there cowboys say. They will take your money and run!

Not worth the money, flowers were of very poor quality definitely will never be buying from them again!

I am a returning user because I find your website easy to use, with good illustrations, choices and prices. I use it from my home country(Australia) to my family in England and they tell me how they love to receive the flowers and how lovely they are.

I’ve just had a very awkward conversation with a friend about their delivery of flowers I sent a while back. They were too embarrassed at the time to share a photo, but as I mentioned that I was going to use Prestige Flowers again this week, she showed me. It’s shocking!!! How is this company still running!!?? I even paid for a years free delivery up front. I have sent 4 orders to date and can only imagine what they all looked like!! I’m signing out of the App and will never use or recommend this company, in fact I shall show people the photo!!! Utter disgrace.

I wouldn't use them again, ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mum after a bereavement. The flowers arrived late, the flowers themselves don't look in the best condition and paying extra for a 'large' bouquet is a rip off. The bouquet is anything but large and the flowers look to be a similar quality to supermarket bunches but with a huge mark up. I tried contacting customer service about the delay but they couldn't care enough to get my name right never mind help with the problem! Absolutely would not recommend

Ordered a large bunch of flowers for my mum's 80th Birthday. Flowers look nice, though LARGE THEY ARE NOT !!! They are similar in size to a regular bunch you'd buy in the Supermarket for a quarter of the price. Extremely disappointed and won't be buying again and ensuring no one else I know does either. Prestige is close to false advertising

There should be 0 stars available!My husband ordered a beautiful bunch of roses,beautiful online only because when it arrives there is different story. Got the flowers delivered yesterday afternoon, today morning 8 am when got downstairs, the roses were dead. Contacted the customer’s service telling them what happened and they reply was that the roses are ok from their point of view just to remove the safe guard. Even the roses where dead, weak didn’t stay up the rose flower, was laying one side . From there point of view they look great. Well vent on tiktok a lot of beautiful roses , flowers all with paid partnerships. I tell you something, dont give flowers for free for paid partnerships and advertise and to the customers that pay you send the left overs . I paid for these flowers, my husband wanted to order beautiful flowers for my 30th . Got a bunch of dead roses . Last time I ever use these company . Better use Tesco, there flowers last forever and with 10£ can buy same bunch of roses that here paid 50£ never again!

My partners birthday was coming up and I wanted to get some nice flowers to celebrate. I came across prestige online and the bundles looked wonderful. Only after ordering and receiving the flowers I was very disappointed! I went for the takal display and also went for the larger option so to match the good looking picture they show online. But after receiving the flowers they were half the size and half dead!! After paying £60 in total I was expecting a glorious, beautiful bunch of flowers. Only to receive something I could have gotten from the local supermarket for less than a quarter of the price! I will never order from this site again or recommend to anyone! Absolute waste of money! Also not letting me upload photo on this page! How convenient!! Order number 8497336

Love the choices & that there are many different add ons for any occasion. Be prepared that you can’t really view the contents of the add ons - so you have to ‘research’ those ahead of ordering!

Very disappointed, the flowers delivered looked nothing like the ones I had ordered. I ordered a medium size and to be honest, I’ve bought nicer flowers from the supermarket from a fraction of the cost. The first picture was what I ordered, the second picture is what was delivered. I will not use Prestige Flowers again!!

Highly overpriced for what you get when they arrive. There are more flowers in a bunch from Tesco than what arrives in my order from here! I will not be ordering again, not happy at all!

Very disappointed with the flowers I ordered for my daughter-in-law's 40th birthday. I upgraded to the large rose and lily bouquet. Almost £50 for 6 roses and 5 lilies, including delivery and a very small vase. Never again! Nothing like the photo, very misleading. I could have got a stunning bouquet for much less locally but opted for next day delivery using online order. I will not recommend nor use Prestige Flowers again.

ONE STAR IS WAY TOO MUCH FOR A COMPANY THAT SEND OUT WILTED, DEAD, BRUISED AND EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY FLOWERS! FIRST ONES WERE WILTED AND BROKEN AND A GREAT DEAL LESS STEMS THAN SHOWN IN PICTURES. IN FACT I PAID EXTRA FOR A LARGE BOUQUET AND RECEIVED LESS THAN THE NORMAL SIZED ONE! EMAILED WITH PHOTOS AND THEY OFFERED £15 REFUND IN A £50 BOUQUET INC POSTAGE. THIS WASNT ACCEPTABLE AND REFUSED TO REFUND ME. THEY AGREED TO SEND ANOTHER BOUQUET THE NEXT DAY. THIS SECOND ONE WAS EVEN WORSE THAN THE FIRST ONE. FLOWERS WERE DEAD, DRIED UP, WILTED AND VERY FEW STEMS. AGAIN EMAILED AND THEY REFUSED TO REFUND! APPALLING COMPANY WHO SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO TRADE.

The flowers that were sent to my friend was less than half of what was shown in the photo when I picked them. It was embarrassing when my friend sent me a photo of what she received. Customer service kept asking for more photos at different angles to prove that there was a problem. I gave up in the end as I did not want to get my friend or even tell my friend what was happening as she was going through hard time. Would not recommend this company at all and no follow up email after I said I can’t be bothered anymore, they were glad to get rid of me.
