Order tracking states delivery not done because person not in and delivery will be on a othet date. This is untrue because the address was occupied. What use are birthday flowers that do not arrive on the date? Your delivery charge is high service rotten. Will never use you again.⁷

Absolutely shocking. Ordered a week in advance for mothers day and didnt show up until 2 days later. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and used again, ordered 2 days before a birthday and ETA is the birthday evening at 19:30. Expensive and poor service.

Awful. Waste of money. Ordered a Large July Bouquet, which included sunflowers. It arrived in a box, 2 of the largest sunflowers were damaged, a rose was broken, it certainly didn’t look “large” and generally the bouquet looked bedraggled. Raised a complaint, sent pictures and then….. nothing. Plus, the Royal Mail delivered at 5.30pm, which was 3 hours after their 4-hour delivery slot. So disappointed, really spoilt the occasion for which I had ordered the flowers. Will never, ever, use this company again.

I put in the correct address for delivery and added the billing address which was my address and some how the delivery address had the billing address with the delivery address postcode, so god only knows where the flowers were delivered to. But apparently its my fault. Won't be ordering from this company again. However, was offered £15 credit added to my account with them, but I checked out as a guest and didn't have an account with this company!

Prestige flowers is hands-down the best flower delivery website I have found, with the most impressive variation of options. I was happy to see so many discounts, and the photos of each product are clear and easy to visualize. £46 for a bouqet and vase. Was nothing like the photo, a terrible bunch of flowers half the size of the photo. Absolute rip off at that price. Will not be back.

My daughter purchased the July bouquet for my 65th birthday costing £45 plus £8 delivery , when they arrived , they were nothing like what the picture looked like only 2 sunflowers and a couple of dried roses ( AWFUL ) enclosed photo

Hi, I received some flowers this morning, a lovely surprise as a thank you from my brother. Yet I was so disappointed and down hearted that my brother had wasted his money, I didn't have the heart to tell him how bad they were, so I went out and bought a beautiful bunch so I could send him a picture so as not to hurt his feelings. Unfortunately I can't put a picture on as for some reason it won't let me upload them. Very sad recipient.

Very disappointed, not at all what I expected. Ordered a medium bouquet and it looks like there's less flowers than the small bouquet. It was also delivered by Royal Mail (who messaged me the evening before to say they had my parcel ready for delivery the next day!) So the flowers weren't even fresh when they arrived the next afternoon by the postman. Do not give your money to this florist, please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. These were a birthday gift for my sister but have left the whole family incredibly disappointed. I want my money back ASAP!

I received the rose and lily bouquet as a gift. It arrived with the roses already open. Two days later,they, along with the green foliage were dead. Some of the lily's opened a couple of days later, some never did. Very disappointing and a huge waste of my dear friends money. I have used this company myself on a few occasions but I shall not be doing so from now on.

The bunch of flowers were good. The delivery was not on the said date, but a day later. It was a disappointment as the flowers were meant for to be for a birthday and not the day after! While we strive to deliver orders on the specified date, we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date due to the involvement of third-party courier services. Absolutely faultless ordering and delivery. Beautiful flowers well presented and boxed and of top quality. I now buy all my bouquets from Prestige.
