The flowers were for a wedding anniversary. They didn’t arrive on time, but two days later! Shocking service by Royal Mail for the price. Won’t be ordering from this company again.

2 of 3 bunches were lovely, strong beautiful flowers. The third bunch was poorer quality roses with 5 stems with brown outer petals. Photo of damaged flowers will not download

The site is very user friendly especially for someone recently in the UK. Also the extra gift options are really handy and good choices. I also didn’t feel put off by the suggestions. They were not pushy at all. Thanks Also the speedy delivery is great for us last ‘minuters’ Regards Shereen

Disaster. For some reason this company can't cope with people sending flowers with credit cards from countries other than England. Tried to send flowers to my sister-in-law, and they cancelled the order. Sadly, after we had told her they were coming, and after they had already TAKEN MY MONEY. They say it will be returned in 3-5 days, but it's already showing on my credit card. Find another florist, these people are hopeless.

I was seriously injured which has left me temporarily incapacitated. Sadly my wife died recently as well. I don't know what I would do without my dear daughters, they do so much to keep me going. Sending them flowers is the ideal way of saying a huge, thank you, and sending them my love.

I spent £50 on what was supposed to have been a large selection of flowers. What I received was the equivalent of a reduced bunch of flowers from the supermarket. The quality was absolutely awful. The customer service was even worse. I am still waiting for an email acknowledgment. Seriously, take your custom elsewhere. Spoke to.someone who claim there is nothing wrong with the flowers refused to accept a return / replacement/refund absolutely laughable company I will.be contacting offcom absolute cowboys goto tesco

Placed a order for flowers to be delivered and on a day and they didn’t arrive, no contact from company or delivery company at all. No use selecting a day as you probably won’t receive them… hope whenever they do arrive they’re at least in a good condition

Nobody can do it better than prestige flowers I love ordering from them and my aunt loves receiving them she tells me they last a long time I know I can depend on them to send my flowers even tho I do order them few months before my aunts birthday and Christmas I've been ordering flowers from them quite few years now and they have never got it wrong even if it's a Sunday well done

Having sent flowers to a bereaved colleague whose husband had died the day before, I was not made aware of the state of the flowers due to her being otherwise occupied and of which £57 was paid. When I emailed pictures and requested some form of recompense, the £10 offered was totally inappropriate and just meant us having to spend more. CS showed no empathy for the situation and replied in scripted form dismissing how bad they were.. Don't be convinced by reviews on their site look at dates chart made over 3 years ago. Leave well alone and spend your money elsewhere.
