I can't say I was impressed by the flowers sent to my friend who was recovering from an operation. I felt rather disappointed and conned out of £34! You need to do better Prestige Flowers! There was nothing 'Prestige' about the flowers. In the image you advertise it shows 7 Lillies and 7 Roses. The bouquet I received was 5 of each. Do better Prestige Flowers! Not happy!

Please note that the bouquet displayed on our website is the medium size (which includes six roses) as stated in the description. Since you purchased the standard size, it contains fewer stems. Flowers arrived late, despite paying for named day delivery, they were substandard , the company took no responsibility for the poor quality of the flowers or the late delivery. Think twice before placing an order with them. I wish I had taken note of some of the reviews which highlighted similar issues that I experienced.

Website is great however I tried to use the 10% off coupon I was give. For signing up for your special offers a few hours before and it didn’t allow me to use the coupon which was frustrating.

I placed an order for next day delivery on 1st of March went for larger bunch at cost of £38.48 ordered for a friend who had just moved to new house. Checked emails all day getting updates re. delivery time being changed only to get a final email to say deliver will be attempted next working day by Royal Mail. Which is now going to be the 3rd. God knows what state flowers will be in? To say I’m unhappy is an understatement. Should have read the reviews before ordering wish I’d used MP. who I’ve used for cards and gifts in the past always on time and pleased with quality! I shall be contacting customer services I expect a refund simply atrocious offering next day delivery and not providing it.

I brought a beautiful bouquet of flowers off the website for my mother-in-law for her birthday but when they arrived it was very disappointing. They were half dead and looked like they hadn’t been put in water in the warehouse or in transit. I emailed the company to inform them and to get a refund and they were not helpful at all they only wanted to give me a £10 gift voucher or a £10 refund. I spent £40 on these flowers And they were dead.

Not happy at all. I paid for the bigger bunch but I could have got 4 bunches from the supermarket for the price. Wish I could have added a photo but it didn’t seem to work.

I paid £50 with next day delivery expecting a big bunch of flowers as i paid for a bigger bunch extra £10 for them. They arrived and im not happy. I could of gone to a local supermarket and bought a £15 bunch of flowers and got so much more in the bunch, all the flowers had began browning and all the roses were wide open and browning too. So disappointed

I placed the order for my daughter's birthday which gave me the option for next day delivery on the 1st March which is her birthday. I have now got an email saying delivery scheduled for the 4th March, 3 day's too late. I would not have placed the order if they were up front and said that would be the case. Won't be ordering from them again nor will I be recommending them to anyone else! I'm so angry and disappointed.

Very disappointed with the flowers that arrived. I spent extra for a medium bouquet and what arrived is nothing like the what was advertised! I would NOt recommend this company and annoyed that I spent money with them.

My mother spent a fortune on some flowers for me for my birthday that were due to be delivered on 23rd February, I finally received them on 27th and they were all dead. Definitely will not be shopping with you! Ord No 8590655.
