Was generally disappointed with Prestige, it was our Anniversary and I wanted to surprise my wife at work with a delivery, i thought £8 was reasonable price for a pre 1pm delivery slot and was a reasonable price, however the amount of flowers (6 roses & 2 Lilys) for over £40 worth was not value for money and this was the larger bouquet. I wish I would have gone to Morrisons instead because I would have got triple the amount of flowers. Also it was mentioned on the website that I would text or notifications on the the morning on where and when they would be delivered, these never happened.

Oh my goodness! This website is impossible! Signed up to get the £10 off discount by downloading the App but no discount! The page keeps jumping and offering discounts but when you sign up.. guess what? No discount code! Not sure these flowers will even arrive at my mums address as no way to review the basket at the end of ordering. Fingers crossed the flowers are as stated in the advert because ordered the largest bunch.

They delivered a different box. I had ordered a wine lovers box, and instead they sent a cocktail one. The delivery was on time.

The pricing was decent but checking out was poor. There was no clear chance to review the contents of my basket, sneaky unclear postage added on last minute and unclear whether the address I was supposed to enter was my address or the person I wanted the flowers delivered to. Shame as I have no problem with add ins but they should be clear and upfront. I should have known in well in advance what the price was, how it broke down and had confidence the flowers will go to the correct address. Not tempted to use again.

Flowers arrived on time but for the price not many flowers in the bunch and 4 of the flowers were dead with 2 of the 4 losing their heads. I wouldn't be using prestige flowers again.

Flowers were lovely, apparently, but they were delivered a day early to that which I specifically requested. It was just lucky that the recipient was available.

Bouquet arrived half the size of what is shown on the website. I paid an extra £5 to get a bigger one and I got an even smaller one. Customer service ‘copy and paste’ replies. No one to speak to. No one cares. Terrible service, terrible products - do not order from them.

Unfortunately the flowers for a party I bought came with a quality problem as you can see in the pictures (dry and old) and didn’t even open. I’ve asked for the refund and they told me to take another bouquet or challenge it with my bank! Low quality flowers and terrible service.

Are you serious. I spent nearly £50 on a bouquet of flowers and they look like £5 from Sainsburys. They were supposed to be delivered Sunday and turned up a day late. NEVER USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN

The flowers were due to be delivered for a birthday on 20th March. They were not delivered until 21st March. Very disappointing.
