Very Disappointed to see the actual flowers when they arrived. Only one lily placed in the arrangements. I understand that the arrangements are not exactly like the flowers advertised, but no effort seems to have been made.

Really not sure why Prestige Flowers are using Royal Mail to deliver flowers. I ordered flowers for next day delivery guaranteed (not realising that it was Royal Mail) the recipient wasn’t in - RM won’t leave with neighbours or in safe place - so they attempted re delivery today…same….for fresh flowers (sent for a funeral) this is not really ideal as flowers are now late and likely to be spoiled by the time they are redelivered.

Ordered flowers on 4/5 for Delivery 5/5 had txt to say being delivered and they didn’t arrive until 7/5 ! Mother’s birthday was 6/5 and tracking said inaccessible on 5/5 which was absolute nonsense building is always accessible for delivery’s would love to speak to the delivery driver ! Remain a mystery ? Specially chose Prestige as said next Day but didn’t happen very disappointed. I presume the flowers were nice I paid top price for them too!

Not as expected, they don't arrive as a Bouquet and sadly there was not the amount of flowers as in the image (And I had chosen the medium size). They were of poor quality upon arrival, a couple already dead, others died within a couple of days (And they were sent to someone who knows what they are doing with flowers). They did arrive on the nominated day, but I do not recommend or intend using again.

Flowers arrived at 4pm. Stems trimmed and put in water immediately. This morning, two roses and their leaves are drooping.

Flowers arrived on date stated, however paid extra for a large bouquet and can only describe as underwhelming the quantity of flowers. Let's go with bunch over bouquet

Very dissapointed with the delivery time. I ordered for the Tuesday, but it arrived on the Wednesday. They were for my sister's anniversary, so wanted them for that day. With the price for delivery I would have expected it to arrive in that day.

Very disappointed in the flowers sent to a friend. They do not represent the picture on the site & even with the current large discount the are not good value for money. Have previously used M&S & will use them in future.

Very misleading website. No illustration of what size flowers are pictured and three sizes offered at increasing costs. Clicking on offers at an advertised price takes you to a page that adds costs automatically i.e. medium size bunch +£5 so you dont get the advertised price. There are hidden costs everywhere.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my friend as a surprise & i spent the extra money to go large to make it extra special for her. The next day delivery was good and came on time but unfortunately the flowers were disappointing and the roses weren’t in the best condition and the chrysanthemums which are normally a pretty good flower the heads were dropping off , my friend took pictures and emailed prestige flowers explaining about the flowers & i emailed them to let them know about the disappointment on both sides although going backwards & forwards with emails they finally said there was a slight quality issue with the flowers , there was more than a slight issue i would say but anyhow rather than offer either a replacement bouquet of flowers to my friend or offer to refund me they offered my friend a £15 e voucher and me a £10 e voucher which we will not benefit from because i will not be ordering from them again and would have to spend yet more money in order to get money off which i do not want to do i had already spent enough. Its a shame customer service wasn’t better. The stars are for delivery

Using Royal mail to deliver flowers upto 7.30 at night isn't a great idea. The receiver worked all day from 7.am to 7.20p.m. at the address where they were requested to be delivered to Which I thought would have been an ample time slot to get them. Apparently not

Flowers arranged ok and most were fine but the roses were past there best which is not acceptable on day 1. The box they came in was damaged and completely sodden. Overall very poor quality for the price and I will not be using prestige flowers again.

Flowers Wernt in the best of condition and lots where already wilted and definitely not worth the money Vich was still very small despite paying for a medium size

Good website easy to navigate flowers did come in time for birthday, however have to say slightly disappointed with what arrived. Did really expect a better bunch than that for nearly 60 quid including cheap chocolates and a simple vase.

The flowers arrived in good time. Packaged very well. However, when the box was opened, the delivered flowers were nowhere near as nice as the ones I chose. Very disappointed.

There seems to be a problem with selecting addresses when the post code is entered. It does not show all addresses. You had to enter it manually. Also some screens are not clear as to what you have to do to move on. Very poor. I was not confident that the correct address details had been accepted

I bought my mum a bunch of flowers, when they came they were lovely although they only arrived 2 days ago and already they are dying, the roses have browned and are crispy and the leaves have started falling, I was previously bought flowers off this website and the same thing happened they were all dead within 4 days after they arrived and for the cost of them I think this is ridiculous. I thought I’d give the website another go but now I don’t even know why I wasted the money. The box also came damaged it was all busted when it arrived and holes in it.

Royal mail delivery is really bad, no point getting birthday flowers and card at the end of the day. The flowers were in poor condition. Some with damage and brown specks on them. The chocolates are great but overall fairly poor. Flowers not up to standard. The system will not allow me to upload the pic's.
