The flowers which my mum received look nothing like advertised. No purple flowers as per the pic and I paid extra for a medium size, however, it looks like a cheap supermarket bunch of flowers not £35 worth. Disappointed.

I paid extra fora large bouquet of flowers. They delivered a tiny bunch that looked like I paid £25 in Sainsburys not £50. I usually use Marks and Spencer’s flowers and will definitely will do so in the future as you get much better value for money. Feel ripped off by Prestige Flowers and very disappointed.

A very poor delivery service a notification from Royal mail confirming delivery between 10:00 and 14:00, followed by another confirmation that delivery will be by 19:30. Not what I was expecting

Ordered some flowers for mums birthday slightly disappointed that most of the flower were half dead certainly not worth what I paid for and I won’t be using them again a total rip off

Although my order arrived on time was not damaged and we'll packed the photo my mother sent me bore little resemblance to the product I ordered. It looked like 3 packs of flowers were bunched together and not really arranged.

The flowers were for mother’s day and did not meet expectations unfortunately. The bouquet was missing a type of flower, and one flower was visibly dead, yet tied upside down in the bunch. Delivery was as expected which is great, but upon asking for a refund this was refused. I was offered a second bouquet which I also refused, I was then offered the money in credit as a ‘last option’, but still no refund was offered. Some of the flowers died before even blooming also, likely as there was no plant food given. This is very disappointing as I believe a full refund should be offered if they do not meet expectations which they did not. Will not be buying from Prestige flowers again.

I didnt feel in control of my order there were many options already selected in random places over a page, and until the checkout i had no idea how much the order was going to be.

I paid for large flowers, what end up turning up as the smallest flowers ever! I might aswell have gone to Sainsburys and bought larger flowers for cheaper! Not worth the money.

Had this bunch of flowers delivered for mothers day from my son and daughter in law. Initially they looked lovely, however nothing more happened. I followed all the instructions, as I always do when receiving flowers, but they didn't open and just sat in the vase gradually just fading,going floppy and eventually just drying out. Very disappointed and certainly would never use nor recommend them to anyone else. Even the accompanying card was cheap and unimpressive.

Ordered large lily and rose bunch. Very sparse. Only 7 roses and two lillies. V disappointing for £40 plus delivery. Was for mum's birthday and was as I can't get to see her due to my operation. Bit embarrassed at what arrived to her home.

A friend ordered flowers on behalf of both of us for a friend who had been diagnosed with a serious illness. We paid £32.98 (£26.99 plus £5.99 delivery) which we thought would get a beautiful, substantial bouquet. Unfortunately, whilst the quality of the blooms is fine, the quantity is not and did not look anything like the picture. My friend complained and was told it was adequate for a standard bouquet. They offered a £10credit but tbh neither of us trust ordering from there again. We remain extremely disappointed.

Surely there must be something wrong with their suppliers for all these complaints of poor flowers .I too complained re flowers delivered in poor condition I was offered a £15 reduction on my next order but I would never order again ! I was then offered a new bouquet I requested that it be sent to the lady that actually gifted me flowers as she was so dissapointed that they were unsatisfactory. She received them today and they were better than the previous bouquet no torn roses or lost buds on the lillies however £41 for six roses two lillies and a Teddy is appalling. I think this company needs to change suppliers and their own florist asap.

I ordered flowers on 14th March for delivery 15th March. They went from Prestige to the post office for delivery on 16th March. Unfortunately, the auto address changed the address to a different location and they then went back to the post office. (i should have double checked). I had to go to the post office website and go through that for redelivery etc. The flowers are due to be delivered today 20th March, god knows what condition they'll be in. This has put me off ordering again. I should have double checked but i inserted the correct address and wasn't anticipating that it would be changed somehow.

I’ve ordered a rose freesia bouquet for my friend s 70th birthday. Flowers arrived one day late, not looking their best and not like shown on their website. Tried to contact them by phone and live chat to find out what caused the delay: no one answered the phone and reply on live chat was the following day. They offered a £10 voucher for future orders which is pointless as I shall not use this florist again. Very disappointed

Received the roses and lily bouquet for my birthday from my nephew and family last Friday. 5 roses and 1 stem of lilies but mostly dried up greenery. Yesterday (Saturday) one rose had drooped and started to turn black. Today (Sunday) 3 more roses had gone the same way. I don't know how much he paid but he has been absolutely ripped off, disgraceful.

Well. I ordered an afternoon tea package and some beautiful cream roses with a box of chocolates (that was not received with the flowers To be truthful the hamper was very disappointing. Did not have half of what was displayed x. I pain 80 odd pound of which was 17 pound delivery fee To say it was worth every penny I’d have to say absolutely not. Very disappointed to say the least photo of what was received to what was advertised

I feel robbed! Very poor quality and small bouquet. Nothing like the advertised photo and I even paid extra for a large bouquet so expected it to be bigger than the picture advertised. I was wrong certainly not worth the money. I had to go out and buy another bunch of flowers to add to the bouquet so they didn't look small. Hopefully things change, photos that are advertised should be updated so that customers know what they are buying. The delivery was fine came on time but the quality of flowers is just poor. The vase was nice and the chocolates were enjoyed by mum so all is not bad just need to get on top of the size of bouquet situation.

You’d think paying extra for the “large” you would actually receiver a “larger” amount of flowers. Because if what I received was the large style then I dread to think what you’d get as standard. Packaging was squashed in the bottom of a box had to basically re package them myself.

advertising next day delivery,then email telling me they will be delivered tuesday 2 days after the receipents birthday ive used this company several times but alas no more ,paid extra at xmas for the delivery for future flowers ,but not applied at the checkout,let down by false advertising.
