What a nightmare, 3 days to place order, still no reply from chatbot, website a bit antiquated, could do with an update

Pictures very decieving, ordered large but very week looking bunch of flowers just loose and limp see daylight all through them not compact at all tesco had better ones also the surprise was ruined as they arrived a day earlier than what I ordered

My friend very kindly sent me some flowers. They lasted 4 days before they started dying off. By the end of the week they were mostly dead and had to be thrown away.... Prestige policy is to let them know within 3 days or they won't replace. Very poor quality flowers.

I ordered flowers for my mum when they came they were dead. I was asked to send pics and did so, they sent another order but after 2 days they were dead i would never buy from here again

Very frustrating as unclear as to the delivery date although assured [by chat] that a purchase made on Thursday would be delivered by Saturday although the receipt stated Tuesday. I will write a further review upon receipt of the flowers when the rating will improve if delivered as promised

Very poor representation of the arrangement advertised as to what was delivered. Made a complaint and poor response received. Will not be ordering from this company again and as a florist abroad I am dismayed that the ‘arrangement’ received was even implied as no ‘evidence of quality issue’! Three pink roses, a couple of yellow freesias and all white otherwise! Sparse in nature even though a medium bouquet ordered. Do not touch this company if you value your money or actually want the recipient to be overjoyed with the gift!

I just had the flowers I ordered delivered at my friend’s house and the one star is for the delivery that was on time. There was no resemblance between the bouquet I ordered on line and the bunch of flowers delivered. It had mostly roses in them and did not look like it was from the luxury flower catalogue. Very dissappointing to say the least!

This is a review of the website and not the flowers as I haven't received them yet. The website is terrible. Trying to order things has taken me two whole days as pressing the 'order now' or 'pay now' or checkout buttons just seemed to send the site into a frenzy and I was returned umpteen times to the screen before, it was frustrating. I am not really sure why I persevered except I got the bit between my teeth and made it my mission to get through to the checkout screen! I seriously doubt that the flowers will turn up, and they probably won't look anything like the pictures, but that will be on me for being so pig-headed as to keep trying. I would suggest that you only try to book flowers through this website if you have the same obstinate character as I. Good luck and may your flowers arrive as wanted and on time.

Lovely flowers but this does not look at all like a large bouquet that I paid extra for. Looks barely like a medium! Some of the flowers are already browning on the edges too which is such a shame for a fresh bouquet only just delivered today….

Easy to order and delivered in quick time, BUT I chose the large option and I am disappointed in the size of the flowers that turned up. With a card and delivery this cost £45 and has less flowers than the marketing photo. I would not use again.

I had flowers delivered to me today. Some of the rose petals already falling off and discoloured. And the sender stated they should have been a big bunch... i received 3 roses and 3 gerberas and the foliage.

Beautiful flowers in planter. When we opened box all the soil had fallen out. Obviously box had been thrown about by Royal Mail. Even packet of biscuits were covered in soil. There must be a better way of making the flowers more secure. We had to sweep soil up off the carpet. So disappointing. Usually I have been very satisfied with my orders.

I ordered flowers for friends anniversary, for next day delivery. They arrived a day late and I think they are disappointing and certainly not value for money. I ordered rose and Lily bouquet, it had 5 roses and 1 Lily that had the shortest stem it didn’t even reach the top of the vase!! I emailed customer service without success I wish I’d stuck to my gut feeling and used interflora. I will not use this company again

Use Prestige Flowers every now and again for special occasions as the bouquets are just wow! Unfortunately on this instance I was fairly disappointed as the flowers were not fresh as they usually are. Rose tops were very soft upon delivery and have now fallen apart after 2 days. Definitely not what I would expect from a £40 flower bouquet

Delivered on the correct day however they sent old flowers. You can see the roses either got "hurt" on transportation or they were old already. It doesn't look at all as nice as the picture. Won't buy it again.
