“product was good and dispatched proptly, unfortunatly there was a bend in all 3 pieces where the courier had bent the cardboard tube used fpr delivery.”

“Arrived when stated Wednesday. Have to say felt packing bit over the top . Hence the £12 ish fee for goods delivery for not expensive items . But never the less pleased with it and hope it will look good when completed.”

“The trim that I ordered is perfect, and I had been searching for this exact colour and style for a while. Delivery was fantastic -- although it was expensive, and I had needed to order twice due to my own error with sizing (remember to size up).”

“I would have given 5 stars but one of the products ordered was out of stock and I was not notified that it wouldn't arrive until a week later when I called the company. That said, Premium Tile Trim was easy to contact and they resolved the issue swiftly with a refund. I would use the company again but would check stock levels more thoroughly.”
