“Unfortunately the four tile trims were received bent. They were delivered in a cardboard tube but there was no packaging within the tube (and if the four trims had been tied together within the tube they would of been stronger ) The cardboard tube was obviously not stiff enough to protect the contents. I have managed to straighten the trims and will use them.”

“Arrived when stated Wednesday. Have to say felt packing bit over the top . Hence the £12 ish fee for goods delivery for not expensive items . But never the less pleased with it and hope it will look good when completed.”
