“The small connectors for joint corners was not the correct profile for the tile trims,obviously a different make I had to file them to look correct once installed”

“Very happy with product, however the charge for sending the items was more than the cost of the item. This was a rip off changing around £15 pounds and weighing 0.6kg. Having checked send a parcel, royal mail only charge £1.05 for up to 0.75kg, very disappointed.”

“Ordered in the promise of next day delivery, called to double confirm this was going to happen.. Next day, nothing. Just a sorry which really didn't help :/ Wouldn't normally be an issue, but I specifically ordered on the promise of next day...and it didn't happen”

“This was my first order with Premium Tile Trim and I was very happy with the service provided. The website is very easy to use, and the products are priced very competitively. “I would have given 5 stars but one of the products ordered was out of stock and I was not notified that it wouldn't arrive until a week later when I called the company. That said, Premium Tile Trim was easy to contact and they resolved the issue swiftly with a refund. I would use the company again but would check stock levels more thoroughly.”
