“Excellent communication. After placing the order I received a prompt SMS stating an item was out of stock but was being ordered, and also if I would like the rest sent out or to wait. I decided to wait but even then the order arrived within 2 days.”

“Although installation is not until Easter the quality of delivery was superb and all the trim was delivered as expected in super condition. The trim is better quality in comparison to DIY retailers and is more cost-effective even including the delivery costs.”

“Package was left in a shed but without a card to let us know. A lot of emails back and forth after we reported that materials had not been received. Courier then came back a week later and put a card through the letterbox to let us know where it was. Courier issue rather Premier but Premier kept insisting the package had been signed for when it had not”
