“Quick delivery, easy to assemble out of the box and clear instructions on how to operate. Only used for three rounds so far but I have been very happy with performance and battery life over a hilly course. Ig it is still operating as well after 6 months I will increase my rating to "very good".”

“Had problem with 2nd battery charger melting terminals sent to powerbug to be serviced and battery, back within a week. Feel there is a weakness with the Chargers even the replaced one has to be wriggled before the red light comes on to charge. Good service from the department I dealt with seemed knowledgable and helpful. If this charger fails in a short time I shall buy a different make which would be a pity as the battery is small and has been excellent.”

“Hi, I just bought the new Powerbug GTX1 trolley and it's great, the lithium battery is solid, light and quick to charge. I love the look of the trolley. The straps work well with my stand bag with no twisting (I was expecting to have to buy a cart bag). Trolley operates well and just required some tinkering to get the tracking sorted as it was going off to the right. Some detailed guidance on how to amend the tracking would have been good and I have been told this is forthcoming. I did have some issues with the umbrella holder for it as I wasn't aware it would require a 'spacer' kit but Powerbug happily provided one. Jimmy at Powerbug has been very helpful and good service, price and quick delivery. Thanks”

“My answer was related to the design, not the quality of build. My Powerbug was purchased 3 years ago and has had 8 Faults repaired under guarantee, ranging from new motors,gearbox and battery. However the serviced offered by your staff was excellent.”
