“I had a problem with my battery. The guys at Powerbug were clear and concise in their explanation of what had gone wrong and gave me tips on using the battery to prolong its life in the future. I ordered over the phone and the new battery arrived within two days; price wise it was much cheaper than ordering via a dealer.”

“Web site did not work therefore phoned office, early one morning. Gentleman who took call was patient and efficient, and dispatched order within same day. Goods not actually in my hands yet, due to my location, however if they perform as current Power bug equipment and no reason to believe they will not, then well pleased.”
