“The trolley arrived and was well packaged, however when tested it had a fault with the VRAP distance control - trolley would not stop. After contacting Powerbug the trolley was returned and the sensor (which measures revolutions) was renewed and trolley returned. The service was fairly prompt and communication good.”

“I have had a powerbug trolley for some years now and I very much like the small battery. I have had problems with the charger, so now I have 2 batteries and 3 chargers. There was a problem with the wiring, so the trolley was not working. I live in North London, but the difficulty in finding a cardboard box big enough to return it to Windsor made me decide to drive there. If I had lived further afield this would not have been an option. I received a good service and bought an umbrella and umbrella extension, whilst in Windsor. The small screw from the original umbrella holder I lost soon after purchase. I asked for and was sent a replacement small screw, with just one chase up phone call. I am overall happy with the product and service.”

“Quick delivery, easy to assemble out of the box and clear instructions on how to operate. Only used for three rounds so far but I have been very happy with performance and battery life over a hilly course. Ig it is still operating as well after 6 months I will increase my rating to "very good".”

“Had problem with 2nd battery charger melting terminals sent to powerbug to be serviced and battery, back within a week. Feel there is a weakness with the Chargers even the replaced one has to be wriggled before the red light comes on to charge. Good service from the department I dealt with seemed knowledgable and helpful. If this charger fails in a short time I shall buy a different make which would be a pity as the battery is small and has been excellent.”
