“My contact was Rob, he was knowledgeable, friendly helpful and had a sense of humour. My query was resolved quickly, the part ordered and delivered promptly ( axel & gearbox ) Change over from old to new only took twenty minutes. The video was very clear and easy to follow.”

“A comprehensive package of extras was included in the already reduced price. Very prompt delivery! However, I was more than a bit miffed to read ( in tiny print) that the 3 yr warranty only applies to UK mainland !”

“I Felt that I got a good deal by taking up a special offer which was a considerable saving, however I feel that the main riveted assembly from the top oval tube into the major fold up connection is not as firm as the trolley that I am replacing which is a 10 year old Power Bug Pro Sport and has done literally thousands of miles round the golf course (500 miles + this year to date) Being a retired Engineer who worked in the Quality Dep't of a Sheet Metal Precision Manufacturing Co. maybe makes me a little critical, time will tell. I won't be using it till the spring so will wait and see then.”

“Overall I am very pleased with the performance of the PowerBug trolley, being eighty years old it is making my golf more pleasurable and easier to get around the course. The control in so far as start and stop and regulating the speed is simple to operate, as is the procedure to set a predetermined distance for the cart to run solo. However the instructions do not include how to operate and set the visual information on the screen, i.e. time, time of round and distance covered. Have I been provided with the wrong USB?”

“A charge of £4.50 for postage and packing on a switch despatched in an envelope seemed high and when it took along time to arrive and came second class post the £4.50 appeared diproporionate.”
