“I recently purchased winter wheels for my buggy, I was pleased with the product and delivery time. However, from the Power Bug website I used to purchase the wheels, I believed that I would receive the front wheel free, but this was not included in the delivery. Admittedly the order made no mention of the fact I would receive the third wheel free.”
