“I recently bought the NX DHC Lithium trolley and so far I am very pleased with it. Just got back from a three day golf trip and it easily managed 36 holes on one charge, with plenty of juice left. It's very sleek looking, really sturdy and well built. So far I'm chuffed to bits with it, especially considering the price. Would definitely recommend.”

“I play golf twice a week, Tuesday and Thursday mornings. One Tuesday, my golf trolley battery began to fail on the fifteenth hole. On Tuesday afternoon, I got on to the Powerbug website, discovered which battery I needed, ordered it (and a new charger), and it arrived on Wednesday., in time to charge the battery. On Thursday morning, I teed off on the first, with a fully-powered trolley, which then behaved faultlessly. That's what I call five star service!”

“After my 5 year old bug stopped working I emailed the company with the symptoms & they confirmed my suspicions that the motor was most likely faulty. I ordered a new one which arrived in a couple of days. It was really easy to change out (good design) and I was up & running again . A good experience & a good company with a good product.”

“Easy to place a phone order and staff very helpful. Even more so whenI found that, unbeknown to me, someone had already bought me the item I ordered. I quick phone call and the item was accepted back as a return with no issues, and was replaced by a different product (same cost as original order) with no problems or additional costs. Delivery on both items was as promised. Excellent service all round and would recommend to anyone.”

“Visited site last week to pick up an axle for my Pro bug GT7, no probs , in stock ( did check by phone if stocked ), duly collected , no probs. One problem,FINDING SITE, SAT NAV CODE NOT GOOD, took me up a little lane, but site is on main road, in. small collection of commercial units !! Fitted axle on return home, perfect, hopefully will last as long as original( about 15 years ) Satisfied customer Bruce ,”
