“I have requested assisstance in diadnosing problems with my Powerbug trollry on several occasions. Each time Cristian was able to make a quick and friendly diagnosis of the situation and where appropriate quickly despatch a replacement part.”

“Absolutely superb customer service from the powerbug team. Had an issue with the motor on my trolley which was within it's warranty period. New motor supplied and with help from the service team I managed to replace . 5 out of 5”

“I needed a replacement part but ordered a more up to date part by mistake. Powerbug couldn’t have been more helpful in exchanging it and sending me just what was needed even though it was outdated. Great company to deal with.”

“One the second trolley with powerbug. Got a good discount for trade in for my old one. New one NX DHC is brilliant. Really does last 36+ holes with a heavy bag aswell. The warranty is industry leading”
