“Dear gentlemen, earlier today I have received your package through UPS but it had been obviously tampered with and I didn't even open it because it is very clearly not what I ordered (it weighs much less than it is supposed to, under 3 kg). I would like you to inform me on how to proceed with the restitution and the refund and the shipping of the battery that I actually have ordered. Thank you, Best regards.”

“I recently purchased an NX lithium powering golf trolley as previous 25 year old sport model gave up the ghost. I'm disappointed that the NC doesn't fold up as flat as the old one, the bag holders don't fold up so it takes up more room in boot of car.”

Not only is this better value than thr big two, if you contact powerbug you get excellent and speedy advice from thr people who own the businesses. Top product and top service why hesitate.”

“My GT7 Powerbug was over ten years old but showing its age so , naturally, why not a modern model? After an online viewing of the Powerbug website and a trade in deal for my GT7 I purchased an NX. Well what a differance ten years makes: Simple folding, non clog wheels (a blessing this winter), 36 hole battery, smooth running and instant control. And, less pricey than the over engineered alternaives.”

“Service for purchase of NX Lithium trolley was excellent. Prompt with great contact throughout. Due to weather conditions, not yet used but have no doubts regarding it as it a really well built, quality product. Only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is it was part of a part exhange, and the initial appt to collect my old trolley failed and I was not informed until I made contact.”
