The communications about the delivery time weren't handled very well, with no reply arriving after a couple of enquiries. However, once the company received their stock, this ironed itself out & the team were very helpful in sorting out a convenient delivery window.”

“Compared to my previous, eight year old power bug, I find the NX to be a bit heavier and cumbersome, with no obvious place to grip the trolley when lifting in and out of my car boot. Without the ability to freewheel without the battery in place I find very awkward. I also find the speed controller to be fiddly to adjust and no real need for the extra "half speeds". On the positive side it seems well built and robust and as I play on a hilly course the DHC and parking brake are very usefull. I have only used the trolley twice so hopefully my experience will improve as I become more used to using it.”

Your EU order was dispatched promptly, and tracking details were provided. Unfortunately, EU customs appear to be experiencing delays at the moment, which is affecting clearance times. We have also sent several emails with updates — it’s possible these may have landed in your spam or promotions folder. We believe this may simply be a misunderstanding, as we work hard to maintain excellent customer service, as reflected in many of our reviews.
