“Prices can’t be beat from experience, ordered just under £300 on a Sunday night so qualified for a free (next day) Tuesday delivery which was understandable ,only problem was it arrived a wk later on the Monday ☹️ due to warehouse move, I had to chase the order up & replies were swift but you should be contacting me to explain the situation not the other way around, was told id get a 10% discount code which still waiting for, but as I say prices can’t be beat so prob will use again 6/10 experience”

“I always look at Powertool world first, when a new tool is on the horizon. Firstly they are normally the most competitively priced, second they often have options, battery free, no storage box etc. Standard free delivery is always excellent, fast well packaged and I 've never had any issues. With this purchase they have even started sending email reminders to do your warranty registration, you can't really get better service.”

“Sadly, not a helpful experience. I required a replacement battery for a Bosch hedge trimmer. Before purchasing one that appeared compatible, I gave your help line assistant the 10-digit code on the original Bosch battery & asked whether the product I was inquiring about was compatible. I was assured it was. It wasn't. Returning the useless battery was not easy & (not surprisingly) incurred a charge. Lastly, I am still waiting for my refund.”

“I purchased an item with next day delivery. By 4pm the next day with no notification of delivery or dispatch I contacted power tool World to enquire where my chop saw stand was and explained that I was working away tomorrow and I needed it. I was told due to building works it was missed and would be dispatched for delivery the next day. I would get a discount voucher for my next order as an apology. I postponed my work by a day as I need the chop saw stand and just put it down to bad luck not bad service. However the next day the saw stand still did not arrive or any notification to say it would be delivered that day. I rang back at 4.45 and got the same basic story and would be there tomorrow. It did arrive the following day however despite losing a days work waiting for it not to arrive the previous day I also spent a week working bent over a chopsaw without its stand. I have not been offered any compensation as promised in the form of 15% off my next order as promised but instead I have been sent two "please rate your exsperice with a chance to win £20 off my next order. Really don't think they choose these honest reviews to receive prices or even read them for that mater. Come on power tool world sort it out. Happy shopping jon”

“This was my first purchase from Power Tool World. Very easy to order online. Delivery over £50 was free. Ordered on Thursday and the item arrived on the following Monday. Well packaged and in good condition. I will most certainly be ordering from Power Tool World again.”
