“I bought a paslode nail gun from Powertoolworld because they offered next day delivery even on Fridays. I was in desperate need for the tool ASAP however having ordered it on a Thursday , I only received it on the next Tuesday. I was bitterly disappointed and irritated by this and even considered cancelling the order over the weekend. However I at least expected it to arrive Monday , which it did not. Will consider other websites when in need of something from now on”

“I used Powertool World as they offered next day delivery - it simply didn't happen, when I queried where my order was I was told that they were refurbishing their warehouse? Poor! I placed the order on Monday and received it on Friday..............Thats not next day! If they know that they cannot deliver then they should not advertise as such.”

“Tbh I’m very surprised this company has requested feedback from me, ordered a DeWalt DCD444 from this site as it states its next day delivery, it was certainly not, after a few days over the expected delivery date I them began calling customer service to see what has gone so wrong, after multiple attempts at getting through to someone I was told their having warehouse upgrades and could not confirm when it would be dispatched, I’m sorry but this is unacceptable, it’s a 5 minute job to log in to your website and remove the next day option and put a statement saying your having a warehouse upgrade so there will be delays in dispatch. I’ll be sticking to Powertoolmate in the future”
