“Poor! Been a month now and still not recieve the tools yet, I have to end up request refund through bank and buy it somewhere else. Customer service never answer a call, never return call, poor!”

“Placed the order 3 days before I need the screws. Delivery was saying only 2 days so plenty of time so I thought how wrong was i. Turned up about 6 days after. So had to purchase more screws for the job. So not a great first impression. Thanks Chris”
