“Delivery was super swift. I was unable to contact the company by telephone (all operatives busy) to ask about a suitable nylon disc for my machine which was a shame. I was also quite unable to log into the Makita web site to register my machine and assure the guarantee.”

“Powertool world don’t seem to want to accept returns. I had to run an errand earlier in the week and was passing by the offices and thought I would pop by as it was on the way. The lady in the click and collect said that they didn’t accept product returns”
