“Ordered on 16/4/26 paid for next day delivery recieved on 22/4/25. Impact bit would no come out at all, phoned customer services told to call back as we're to busy, phoned back at 4 o'clock and was told everyone had gone home not good.”

“Having recieved a faulty item, I then sent back using your method for returns only to be told that the item was missing! They then said this was my issue to take up with DHL, so I have lost money, will never purchase from this company again, for all I know their own employees could have taken ot from the box! Disgusting customer service.”
