“I neede an 18v impact driver, without battery. I had decided to get the green Bosch but was astonished to find the pro blue, brushless for what other sites were charging for the green. A fantastic bargain from a first class seller. Highly recommended, delivered in two days. Very impressed”

“Price was reasonable and I opted for the free next day delivery option - unfortunately the tool didn't arrive and no information from PTW. I contacted them and they responded with a generic email; "Due to the high volume of orders currently, we are getting orders out as quickly as possible, but some are delayed or awaiting urgent stock from our external bulk warehouse". I replied stating that I needed the tool before the weekend for a job, and their customer service agent Dan was able to sort it out to source and deliver one the following day (Friday) so nobody was at a loss. Not sure what's going on but I would expect proactive communication for delivery delays - and then one was sourced immediately anyway. Just a shame I had to get in touch to organise what was offered at the checkout.”

“Item exactly as described and for a good price. Packaging was a parcel bag taped around the bottom 40cm or so of the taped together 1.5m boxes, with the connecting rod taped to the top, but arrived undamaged. Courier failed to deliver on the day they said with no warning or explanation, but did turn-up the next day. Despite this would use again and fingers crossed the courier ups their game.”

“Excellent service brilliant choice of gear and free shipping next day is superb and never had a problem with them ever.
