“I normally buy my tools from Screwfix for price and convenience. I googled the router I was interested in and Power Tool World were £70 cheaper with their promotion. So I ordered one at 1pm on Saturday afternoon expecting to get it sometime the following week. I got it at 7.30 Monday morning. I couldn’t have got a better service. So it was cheap and efficient. I will definitely use them again”

“WELL - I ordered a Makita power tool. And I waited and waited. I emailed DHL - they ignored me (nothing new there I hear you say). I emailed Power Tool World. They told me DHL had lost the product but don't worry we will send you a replacement next day delivery. Still nothing !!!!”
