“Dealings with yourselves was a breeze but the delivery by DPD was appalling. We had excellent communication with yourselves and DPD so we knew what day and time frame it would arrive even thou they delayed by 1 day later for unforseen problems, great. So luckily I was working from home in our upstairs little bedroom with a view outside of backyard and gate. The wife was in the front garden so the front door was covered. Parcel was due Sat 15.30 - 16.30 so went out to take a brew to the wife an my parcel was left on the bench in our yard..?? Quite puzzling as never seen or herd any one enter the yard, no doorbell pressed and no signature taken by us. Also left at 14.30 earlier than stated. What if it had been stolen, as after checking it appears our signature which is not ours on the receipt of delivery is definitely not ours, so not pleased at all with DPD but would use again but poss collect next time only if in the area. Thanks David Rowntree”

“Absolutely perfect, everything was easy to do from ordering to setting up and using. The battery mower works brilliant. As I am 75 I can no longer push heavy mowers so this was a delight to find how easy it glided over the grass, both the collection bag and the mulcher work fine. So glad I bought it.”
