“Rapid delivery of item bought. However when I tried to speak to someone on the phone I was met by a telephone system that wouldn't connect me to any department (I tried all options) instead it just looped round the initial message. I had to resort to email and had a response within 24 hours although my item has a manufacturing problem that remains as yet unresolved.”
