“Recieved a good service. Delivery times were unpredictable though! Was given a slot and took two attempts to deliver and on the second attempt they arrived at least a couple of hours earlier than they predicted.”

“Only issues were that i ordered 3 makita tools and they all arrived separately, had no idea if one of my items had been missed, was very confusing as final item delivery confirmation received a few days later. On one item box was opened with grass inside but called customer services, customer support was excellent, answered quickly and reassured it had not been used and offered a replacement. Powertool World had the best prices, would recommend the company 100%.”

“Packaging of the item was insubstantial, it 'rattled' around in a thin box. I believe this may be the reason for the damage to the body of the product. Battery showed signs of heavy use, far beyond that of a QC process. I can only assume that this had already been returned and Power Tools were trying to resell. Unimpressed so far, will await and see if the replacement arrives and what condition this is in.”
