“Used Power Tool World for a few years now, if it’s something I will need but not immediately I usually get it from here. Customer service is great and delivery is usually quicker than expected. I needed to start replacing my batteries so had a browse and saw a twin pack for £134.95. I don’t know if it’s just me but I saw TWIN PACK, saw a big picture of a 5AH power stack battery and added them to my cart thinking it was a good price and nothing more of it until they arrived. What I was actually getting was ONE 5AH battery and ONE 1.7AH battery. I’ve checked from every angle… they are definitely not twins! After checking the page retrospectively, you have to scroll a long way through to picture 10 before seeing the two side by side which is the first clue that they’re different. Who’s going to do that when it’s pictures of batteries!? It’s left a bitter taste!”

“Ordered from powertool world very fast delivery. Wasn’t happy with my Dewalt hedge trimmer arriving without any packaging over the dewalt box especially as it was handed to builders working on the property next to mine fortunately I spotted the driver arrive and went out to collect it.”
