“Good value tool in sale, but zip on bag was broken so that the tool couldn't be removed! I couldn't be bothered to send it back as I needed the tool, so my wife unpicked the zip so I could get the tool out of the bag. So tool good apart from the bag.”

“Items arrived well-packaged (double-boxed, no filler but that's ok, I think, for spanners and the like). Goods were as ordered, in original packaging and in excellent condition. The order was delivered around 7 days after order although the option was Standard 2-4 day DPD delivery. I don't mind that it was 7 days in this instance, but the note did say 2-4 day.”
