“I like the detailed information about the power tools which make it easier to decide. Unfortunately, despite ordering 25 minutes before the next day delivery deadline, I didn’t receive my order until the day after. That would have been fine, but an email to say that would be the case would have been polite. However the item received was as expected and a good price.”

“PTW are a recognised outlet for Makita (my brand of choice), which is important for registering a warranty. They offered a competitive price, accepted PayPal (4 months at 0%) and delivered speedily through a decent courier. They also sent me a reminder that I could extend the warranty for free by registering with Makita. Faultless, and I’ll look them up first for my next Makita purchase.”
