“Great people (not surprising as they are the fantastic Newton Aycliffe), all trying hard to be helpful. Service is great and prices competitive. However carton that they used for my order was flimsy and a battery went missing which took 4 weeks to sort out. I lost a lot of working hours as a result and it spoilt my first PTW decent value order experience.”

“Great tool provider. Great tools! My only issue was delivery. I'd used the code provided for 24hr delivery as I needed this tool the following day. 4 days later I rang up and spoke with a very helpful adviser who upon checking the order saw I should have been on 24hr delivery but it wasn't picked up on. Let me down there otherwise it'd have been 5*s. CHECK YOUR ORDERS! 👍”

“I had a problem with the battery charger on this product but this was quickly sorted by Power Tool and i that respect i think customer service was 5 star. However, that doesn't alter the fact the charger was faulty so , i've knocked a star off. As for the actual hedge trimmer it works very well and its reach is excellent. As a professional gardener i have to point out a cordless model like this one will never outperform a petrol one , but they are a lot cleaner and 'green' and less suspect to starting problems. Overall , a good company and product.”
