“As expected. Prices are competitive. Availability is good. Only criticism is you should automatically apply promotions at checkout. There was a free next day delivery coupon but my wife forgot to apply it and I had to wait longer”

“The package I purchased included a Mikita planer, Makpac and liner for the planer. The ordering was great and the speed of delivery good. This is where it went wrong! The case arrived damaged as the lid was broken. It had the liner inside it. A separate box had the planer in it. I contacted them and arranged to return the case and sent it back as it came with the liner in it. I was sent a case which had the label for a drill/driver and that liner inside. I contacted the help desk and while polite was basically told “what do you expect, it’s a new case”. I was told that I should have kept the liner from my original order. I would have to return this case and planer, get a refund and reorder everything to get a case with the correct label and liner. I gave up at this point. 😢 I’m very impressed that soon after posting this review I received a call from the department manager and am now very happy with the solution offered. Thank you”
