Good afternoon, We are sorry that your parcel arrived in less than perfect condition. Upon reviewing your proof of delivery image, we have been able to ascertain that this damage occurred in transit as we exclusively use clear tape within our warehouse. We hope that the contents of the box were unaffected. If you notice any issues with the tool or find that any parts are missing, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. Kind regards, PTW

“I found the website easy to navigate and everything that I wanted was in stock. The order arrived quickly and was correct & undamaged. Would it be possible to find cheaper? Possibly, if you looked really, really hard. But I'm happy to trade a few pence for a good experience.”
