“Great service and get products. I had an issue with my order as I had ordered two of the same product and the team replied on the same day to rectify the issue. Delivery was quick and on time. Highly recommend!”

“We ordered a personalised box and it seemed to get lost in the post. I messaged and straight away another one was sent out next day delivery. The box was absolutely perfect, our Daxie absolutely loved everything in the box and it was all so beautifully presented! Would definitely buy again!”

“Really good service, received a call to inform me that they had run out of the particular colour toy that I had ordered. Asked if I wanted another colour, but as I didn't need the goods straight away I opted for a short delay and to get exactly what I ordered. The doggie Birthday cake arrived really well wrapped, and in perfect condition. The toys were all lovely. Also included was a birthday party kit with a banner, balloons, doggy party hat and a Bandana, this was a gift from the company as an apology for the initial problem with my order.”
