“I ordered a ‘build your own box’ for my sisters dog for his first birthday, everything was great but unfortunately one item was missing, I wrote and email and Ben in particular was very helpful and accommodating, the missing item was posted out next day delivery and I have nothing but good things to say!! I don’t have pictures yet as his birthday is still a few days away.”

“I was nervous as the parcel didn't initially arrive after 48 hours but instead it arrived the day before my dog's birthday which was even better! The dog loved it and even ate the wrapper.”

“Very pleased with the content we received and our dog loved the treats and toys too! Customer service/Ben was very quick to respond to my last-minute request and had the package shipped off within 2h of ordering it. Highly recommend!”
