used post a rose a good few times the last twice have been poor i complained the second to last time and got some new roses.Thought it couldn't happen again but it has roses were poor and lasted two days. presentation was poor as well. So the only thing I can do is not to use again.

We do have stringent quality control procedures in place to ensure that all our flowers arrive and remain in first class condition for as long as possible. The flowers I ordered that not arrive on the day of delivery. They arrived the following day and quite a few of the flowers that were in bud,did not open up properly,according to my daughter. So all in all, I am not very satisfied with thiis order and delivery. Thanks for asking to give a review. Kind regards Gerda Thaw

I have looking at the tracking on your order and I can see that your bouquet arrived a day late for which I would like to offer our sincere apologies. Always been satisfied with quality of your product until this last time. White carnations were well past their best with 12 un-opening and turning brown
