“Delivery came on time and flowers lasted for over 2 weeks. However, I ordered a bouquet of 12 pink roses and received 12 white roses instead. If pink wasn’t available I would’ve preferred to know first, although overall the service was good for the price.”

“Difficult to choose between poor or acceptable. When the yellow roses arrived they looked really lovely however, even after following the directions, it only took a couple of days before they had wilted and some had even gone brown. Not what I expected and I’d think twice before ordering from you in the future. I did take a photo but unfortunately deleted it as I didn’t think I’d be in contact with you again.”

“I was very disappointed, the roses arrived looking beautiful, but there was no water in the bottom, and the box was bone dry. After two days my daughter-in-law rang to say the roses had all wilted.”
